A $20 NON REFUNDABLE CONSULTATION FEE IS REQUIRED WITH BIG MAMA'S KITCHEN KREATIONZ TO DISCUSS THE DETAILS OF YOUR BOOKING SUCH AS MENU, LOCATION, SETUP, AND PRICING. PLEASE EMAIL OR TEXT ME TO CONFIRM YOUR DATE IS AVAILABLE FIRST. YOU WILL BE PROMPTED TO PAY THROUGH PAYPAL AFTER SUBMISSION. AFTER CONSULTATION IF DECIDED TO MOVE FOWARD AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT SHORTLY WHERE A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF 50% OF THE TOTAL WILL BE DUE. THE REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE DUE 5 DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT. THERE WILL BE NO CHANGES MADE TO THE INVOICE WITHIN A WEEK OF THE EVENT. NO DATE WIIL BE HELD WITHOUT A DEPOSIT. ANY BOOKING 1 HOUR OR MORE OUTSIDE OF MY LOCATION ARE SUBJECT TO TRAVEL FEES. IF YOU ARE BOOKING ANY PRIVATE EVENT IN WHICH I WOULD BE PREPARING THE FOOD IN YOUR KITCHEN PLEASE ENSURE THE KITCHEN SPACE IS EFFICIENT ( ENOUGH SPACE AND PROPER AMENITIES) AND CLEAN. ( NO DISHES IN THE SINK, EMPTY TRASH, AND A CLEARED COUNTER SPACE ) THE PRICING ABOVES ARE ONLY ESTIMATES. YOU WILL RECEIVE A CATERING MENU THAT GIVES A GENERAL PRICE OF FOOD ITEMS.
